Cancellation – Refund & Return Policy:

Once your order is placed and you wish to cancel it you just need to log in in to your customer account refer your order section choose the respective order and cancel it, within 4 hours from the time order is placed.

Once order is reviewed and approved by our fulfillment team you need to raise a cancellation request from your account immediately, if your request is received before your order is packed a complete refund will be made to the payment source, if your order is packed and ready to submit shipping facility 150-/ INR will be deducted as cancellation fee and rest amount will be refunded to payment source.

Once the order is shipped cancellation is not feasible.

We hope you are fully satisfied and happy with all products you purchased, but if you’re not completely / partially satisfied, kindly refer our refund policy below.

We strongly request and recommend that all consignments to be checked fully at the time of delivery.

In general, unless otherwise indicated, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions;

  • It is different from what was ordered
  • It is defective
  • Suffered physical damage during delivery
  • Some parts are missing

You need to make video of the issue and login in to your account choose the respective order choose claim refund write a description along with uploading a video one of our team member will contact you within 24 hours and settle the issue.

Please note you are only eligible to raise a return and refund request if you notify us about it within 48 hours from the time item delivered to you.

Once all is reviewed and concluded the agreed amount will be refunded to payment source within 14 days.

Acceptable return items:

All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact with other associated stuff

In case of medicines / Aushadhi, items must be returned in full, in their original condition, with box, strip and packaging intact.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for the following:

  • Personal hygiene products.
  • Products bought in a clearance sale and marked as “non-returnable” on the category detail or product detail page.
  • Gift cards

How to Return an Item:-

Once your return request is accepted and approved one of our associate will be in touch with you and process the case.

Refund Process Time-frame & Amount:

We are committed to process your return within 24 hours of receiving the item, however it can take up to 30 days to receive the refund via the original payment method.

Please consider that upon processing the return, we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss of revenue in the value of items returned which may be 100%, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods by you.

In some cases, we may be able to offer only a replacement or credit note in place of a refund. We will notify you accordingly as soon as the return is processed by our returns department.
