5 – 10 ml, before food, or on empty stomach, once or twice a day or as directed by Ayurvedic doctor.

Gokshuradi Kashayam  Side Effects: 

• It has a mild diuretic action.
• Caution needs to be exercised while administering this medicines to people who are on medication for high BP.

Gokshuradi Kadha is prepared from the following herbal powder mixture –

Gokshura – Tribulus terrestris

Ardraka – Wet Ginger – Zingiber officinalis

Varshabhu – Boerhaavia diffusa

Pathya – Terminalia chebula

Daru – Cedrus deodara

Mahaushadha – Dry ginger

Rasona – Garlic – Allium sativum

Ikshuraka – Asteracantha longifiolia
